Shipping and Returns

Orders Policy

  • Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed and shipped. May take longer if ordered on a weekend. Rest assure that we are working diligently to get all orders processed as quickly as possible. 
  • You may cancel your order until it has shipped, then it cannot be cancelled.
  • If your ship-to address is different than your billing address and are paying with a credit card, have your ship-to address on file with your credit card company to speed up the verification process.
  • Make sure that your addresses, and phone numbers are correct.
  • Add any additional phone numbers that the shipping company may need to contact you to set up a delivery time.

 

Shipping Policy

  • We apologize that currently we are only shipping within the states. We hope to expand our reach in the future. If you would like to see us make this change, just drop us a note at support@wild-quill.com, and we will try harder at making this happen.
  • Shipping is determined on weight, dimensions, and destination. Charges and timing will vary with these aspects.
  • Standard shipping will take about 7-14 days to be delivered. Expedited shipping will take about 4-5days.
  • As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated time of delivery.
  • PLEASE be available when item is delivered to inspect and accept your purchase.
  • Items are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  • If you haven’t received your item on day expected please allow 24 to 48 hours in case mail is behind due to weather or the holidays. After such time you can contact us at support@wild-quill.com or call 1-855-933-1089

 

Returns Policy 

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded. 
  • Fully inspect the product(s) at delivery. If driver will not wait on inspection, refuse delivery. Your signature is a contract of acceptance. If damage is on a replaceable part, note all damages on the all copies of delivery receipt and we may send you the part to replace yourself. If damages are more severe then refuse delivery.
  • You have 24 hours after delivery attempt to notify us and report the incident. Otherwise the receipt is voided. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.
  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If in that 30 days you become aware of any defect in your product and need to exchange it for the same item or want refunded, immediately contact us at our email address or at the information below. Returns other than defect or damaged are subject to a 50% restocking fee. If the 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless there is a factory defect in the product occurs. Please keep original packaging, receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product(s), you should mail your product(s) to the address below with a copy of the receipt, or complete order information including full name, address, phone number, e-mail, and order number.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. To guarantee that we receive your return, please consider using FedEx or UPS or any other trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or partial refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
  • If the item(s) was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item(s) is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item(s) wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, have the gift giver notify us with the receipt of purchase.
